In 2011, I rated Veterans United as an A-, now I'd rate as a C+. Too many people working on file, miscommunications, a "concierge" trying to sell me products, wrong gender listed on a closing doc, wrong numbers initially sent to underwriter...
I would recommend Veteran's United above any other home mortgage company. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable of the entire process. They kept me informed and updated to any information needed to proceed with the home mortgage loan and they made me feel at ease & treated me like a real person (which is unusual in this digital age).
The website is very user friendly and well done.

I truly was not prepared to buy a home and had several issues, but Jason and my real estate agent Imani worked to get me approved and any time I felt like I was losing hope they picked me back up with encouraging words and I truly felt defeated when I was pondering the whole scenario but the minute I was able to reach Imani or Jason my stress and concerns all disappeared, I was not only able to buy a home, I was given a life lesson that there are people who really want to be helpful and be there for you as a person.
They were outstanding and made the loan process as easy as possible.
The only thing I can say is I truly recommend this organization to any veteran who's attempting to buy a house the smoothest process by far we have ever dealt with

Just a funny story... I received an amazon package in the mail and immediately thought "I didnt order this"... but thought in my head, this is all things I would order. I found the packing slip with a note from one of the team members telling me to enjoy the process and the things. I had a conversation with one of the gals, Amelia I think was her name... anyway, she must have been taking notes because the gifts were exactly what we talked about.
