Great experience from pre-approval to closing
I’m just impressed with the ease of buying such a life changing asset. Literally every step of the process was accomplished with VU, from offering a real estate agent to security services, HOI, and information on utilities. Much appreciated and made the purchasing process exciting and low stress!

I would highly recommend Veterans United to an Marines I know. They were very professional and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion.
I had a little confusion when I got emails from Chicago Title, because they mixed in w/ all the spam/sales emails I get. So I didn't identify them as part of the refi process for a few days.
I know they have jobs to do but they could been more forthcoming in the process of closing instead of delays and changes at the last minute. It cost me thousands that I will never get back. Not happy about it. But happy I got the home.

I was clueless and lost at start but my Veterans United team broke everything down in an almost "Amry Proof" "MRE Instruction" type of way where I couldn't really get anything wrong. They explained what they needed from me and why to get the home loan rolling and if something came up or I reached the next step not only was my VU page updated, I was emailed and one of the team members called me personally which really helped keep us on track. Super exited to settle into my new house thanks VU
