each person did great in there task especially since i couldn't talk on the phone they adapted to my situation and made it a smooth process. even when i couldnt get certain info needed they said no problem i will get it and accomplished the mission, veterans united truly have our six then any other organization claiming to do so like the VA, thank you for making my families dream come true my team was a pleasure to work with.
The only issue we ran into was the HOA paperwork not being submitted on time. Which wasnt veterans united fault. Getting a final closing date towards the end was a little bit of a rollercoaster but veterans united helped us as much as they could. Now the only issue is getting ahold of the HOA. But veterans united themselves were wonderful.
I think everyone was very efficient.
The underwriter Selina was outstanding in ever way possible. Allison Basnett was so easy to work with made so less stressful.
