Katie Hayes and her team were ALWAYS in touch with us making it easy to navigate the web site which is super user friendly, from submitting the information our Loan Officer needed to staying in touch with us on a timely basis keeping us informed when they needed something.

My experience with Veterans United was nothing short of perfect. I reached out after starting a new job and was put in contact with a wonderful loan representative within a day. I was prequalified and offered an agent within two days, and I was touring homes with said agent within a week. We were fortunate enough to go under contract within a few weeks, and my VU team was there to help me every step of the way. I couldn’t thank VU enough for helping me and my family find, and secure, our forever home.
