In our case, they were able to process the the entire loan and we were done and moving into our new home in less than 30 days.Their team walked us through the whole process including the little things like finding insurance, internet and all the many items you need to handle in moving. Just seeing their checklists getting completed and the constant communication with their staff was so reassuring that we weren’t missing anything.
Right now interest rates are high and that is a big issue, but they will work with you to get refinanced at a lower rate once rats go back down. And they do that automatically.
