The inspectors seemed like they were in cahoots with the sellers. They kept telling us that the roof was fine. We just looked at it and had a contractor look at the roof and it is clearly needing to be repaired now, as there is signs of water damage on the roof and on one of the walls. I dont understand how this was overlooked, I feel like I was taken advantage of because they knew I was far away and had to buy sight unseen. Having better information would have greatly impacted my offer price and what I would ask for in concessions but I got what I got and now I'm stuck with this house.

10/10 would recommend it’s a smaller company than most mainstream loan companies but the friendliness alone is enough to make you feel appreciated. Very good at getting back to you in a timely manner!
