We really appreciated the personal touches that they did to let us know that they cared for us and wanted us as clients. The website was very easy to navigate and our loan specialist was very good at updating us when we needed to sign off on something. I loved the checklist and additional help Veterans United offered such as help with knowing how to get our utilities turned on, finding a home security system, help to find the right insurance and rate, and help with getting our mail forwarded to the new home.
