I would highly recommend Veterans United to any veteran buying or re-financing a home. I have worked with them for the purchase of two homes and two re-financings and have had absolutely no issues. Although initially skeptical about working with a remotely located mortgage provider, my Veterans United loan team walked me through each step. Their expertise and knowledge of the entire VA loan process was immediately evident. Sam Yoo and his team were easily accessible to answer any questions and provide help and guidance in completing the tasks required of me. Process went great , please make sure to look over the aprasial - mistakes made in Sq footage would have raised insurance significantly. Also double check taxes previously paid for home and compare to what your being charged on your escrow, a discrepancy with this almost added $200 to my monthly payment alone.

We would highly recommend VU, as the process for our conventional loan moved smoothly. Interest rates were very competitive. Both our loan officer and our underwriting agent were unusually helpful and responsive to our many questions.
