Lots of confusing with underwriter with paperwork and dates as well as at final closing I was told I wouldn’t owe anything that day but then had to pay $800 at closing. Would have been great to have had a heads up and have proper info when I asked.

Thw team I worked with understood the process in dealing with VA and the tedious requirements that come with a VA loan. They were on top of everything from start to finish.
