Choosing local loan officer to me was better than trying to use USAA loan officer somewhere in Texas as i am here in Nebraska. They knew the area more and had some insights that helped.Usaa charged more for some kind of insurance for a tornado that happened in Nebraska a long time ago. VU did not add extra fee to my loan for that.

Honestly, rating Nathan and his service at a 10 seems low to me. He went above and beyond what I had expected and made the loan process a loan experience. He was there for me every step of the way and he was able to help me better understand my loan options and how to maximize my budget. His knowledge and understanding helped me better make decisions about this home buying process. Nathan was fantastic. He was always very professional and personable.I can not say enough good things about this loan process.But I will say this, if I ever find myself in the market again for a home loan Nathan Bitner is the only loan officer I want to work with.Thank you for all your help during the loan process.
