Great company but make sure you lock your rate!!!! I got done on my rate and my loan officer and the Advocate was a mean as hell! They are both on the same team. I am very thorough and I saved all of the information from the portal and The figures were changing everyday to try and make me and seller pay more $$$$ when I had questions I was treated like a stepchild. It started with a rate of 4.65 and ended up 5.99
Awesome staff and will go out of there way to help you on questions you might have. Great communication skills and will help you finalize the purchase of your new home.

Buying a home is not something I do regularly. I was out of my comfort zone. So I had veterans united educate me on what I didn't know. By responding, ok so what does that mean for me. over and over until I could see it either worked for me or it didn't. And if it didn't, next . If this process is not going to work, I want to know now, not later.
