If you use a Veterans United, be prepared to have your time respected. Be prepared to have a competent and friendly team that will help you through the entire homebuying process. We got a house that we wanted, in an area that we liked, for a reasonable price in a competitive market.

Lack of communication with the buyer with last minute or I call and leave a massage and never got my call back to resolve an issue. Sarah did this number of times.

Hi Casey, it is important for us to understand your point of view and promote mutual understanding. While limited communication is never ideal, it was reassuring to know that your whole process was not lacking. Providing clear and effective communication is a top priority throughout your entire process and we understand that we missed that in your experience. Thank you for discussing this with a member of our client advocate team so we may learn how we might improve as part of our commitment to providing outstanding customer service. While we cannot make up for the experience you had, it is important that delivering excellent communication remains a top priority for our team.

The MyVU page made the whole process simple and easy.

Highly recommend vetrans United. Thank you

This is our first refinance of our loan. The initial loan process and the refinance process was so smooth and pain-free. Anne Kuster kept us informed the entire way on both loans and as long as you are able to return documents that they request in a timely manner, everything will be smooth.

Do not recommend Veterans United in any capacity. If I had the time to pursue other options, even after having signed an agreement, I would gladly have forfeited the $3,500 earnest money to look elsewhere for financing and realty service. I simply did not have the time and had to close with this situation, as bad as it was.

Hello Jerome, thank you for being specific in sharing your feedback and for letting us know about your overall experience. A member of our Client Advocate team has attempted to reach you for help in continuously improving our service and discuss your concerns with the process. When property types or loan products change, all the fees and estimates will need to be updated and may result in overall changes or updates. We understand how the process of selecting the right property and loan for a VA home loan can sometimes lead to changes along the way, but clear and concise communication is key in these times. We are glad that in the end those issues were addressed and we hope you are able to enjoy your new home for years to come. Our Client Advocate team does remain availble to connect with you to learn more about your experience should you wish to share more information.

I had a very bad experience trying to work with the financing team led by Brad Edwards. I am told by many that VU is an excellent company, and they would recommend them. I do hope that my experience was an anomaly.

Hi Donald, we take your feedback seriously. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our team. A member of our Client Advocate team will be researching this situation further to determine how we might better communicate the right expectations. We do not hold ourselves accountable for the actions of others; however, we appreciate the attention you have brought to improving our process.
