Veterans United makes the home buying process extremely easy. Very professional and thoughtful staff who seem to legitimately care about their clients. The my vu portal makes submitting documents very easy and electronic form signing is a fantastic feature. I would recommend Veterans United to any of my friends or family seeking VA loans.

All around great!

The VU team was superb. Everyone from loan specialist Ryan and loan coordinator Sarah, to the credit consultation team, to Sarah who was our "concierge" in the process, my wife and I could not have been more excited. The process was relatively painless, which was nice as this was our first home. Thank you to the team at VU for all the effort and heavy lifting you did along the way!!

If you're a first time home buyer, the home buying process is very nerve wracking and stressful. Our team of agents made sure we knew what was going on. Their communication with us was top notch. Thank you Ryan W., Ryan S. and Jayme R..

Everyone involved at Veterans United made my first time home buying experience easy and stress free.

I can’t speak for every loan officer at veterans United but everyone that I had to deal with was amazing from start to finish

Tyler is a very polite and very professional young man

Great company to work with. The initial purchase was a great experience but my refinance incredibly painless. The second time I just had to sign and review documents otherwise it was over before I knew it.They are also very responsive to questions all the time even after they completed everything. They want to make sure you are comfortable.Thank you Veterans United

Veterans United took 90% of the stress out of the whole home-buying process.
Great customer service and communication. I closed on my house 2 days ago and I am Very Satisfied.

The process went as expected but the one thing that really disturbed me and pushed me to my wits end was the lack of ownership taken for the mortgage miscalculation. If it wasn’t a miscalculation, then it was either overconfidence, incompetence, or applying a cookie cutter approach to the situation. All of these are significant issues and should be addressed. I will say that the team did come through at the end by helping immensely with the closing costs.

United Veterans was very helpful and made the home buying process smooth.
