The my vu portal makes submitting documents very easy and electronic form signing is a fantastic feature. I would recommend Veterans United to any of my friends or family seeking VA loans.

Great customer service and communication. I closed on my house 2 days ago and I am Very Satisfied.
The process went as expected but the one thing that really disturbed me and pushed me to my wits end was the lack of ownership taken for the mortgage miscalculation. If it wasn’t a miscalculation, then it was either overconfidence, incompetence, or applying a cookie cutter approach to the situation. All of these are significant issues and should be addressed. I will say that the team did come through at the end by helping immensely with the closing costs.
