My wife and I had banked with Wells Fargo for about 25 years, when purchasing our third home. With all of our prequalification in place with Wells Fargo months in advance, they could not close a loan within the original contracted time. In California's tight housing market, this almost dropped us from contract. With no prior relationship with Veterans United, a loan is processed and closed as stated without any hassle. We have done purchase and refinance transactions with Veterans United with ease. They have continue to impress us with each transaction. Mason and his team are truly a dream team.

My experience wasn’t the greatest Working with United veterans home loans but they did get me the loan, Maybe you’ll have a better experience depending on the team that you are appointed

The process was relatively smooth, my VU team was very helpful. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns. My team was very patient and reviewed all the documents and answered all questions.

Everyone at VU was willing to go the "extra mile" to answer any questions or concerns that I had. This was not an easy purchase for me. but they made it seem like it was no big deal. "been there done that, this is what we need to do..." No matter how frustrated I got with the process, they were there to provide the answers to calm my frustration. Sometimes late into the nite, someone from the team would respond to a text or email. Well Done, and should the opportunity arise in the future I will be back.

Also Tiffani was amazing and on top of things when Katelin was on vacation. Things got tight in the end but Tiffani worked it all out so our closing stayed the same day! She also is amazing!!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had. I would never use veterans home united again, and further more I go out of my way to tell people what a horrible experience I had using veterans united, and what horrible agents they have. I will be rating this company and sharing my story on social sites.
