The whole VU team made my first home purchase go so much smoother than I was expecting it to be. Every step was completed in a timely manner and explained to me very clearly. VU put me in contact with a local realtor that knows the VA home buying program very well, and they provided a resource that let me update my address and provided contact info for all of my utility service providers in one place. Beware of the underwriters. They send you To Dos that are completely irrelevant, or they're from 20 - 30 years ago. The do not read the information that they have on hand before they send you a To Do.
While David, Matt, Diana and Crystal were wonderful, they made the experience very stressful.
