My wife and I changed our minds several times through this process on many issues but we never felt judge or abandoned by the team. Thanks to all for making out dreams come through.
Overall not a bad experience. The home buying process can be stressful. There’s a lot of people involved and a lot of moving parts, communication gets messed up somewhere along the way. I think communication could be a lot better. Keeping the home buyer informed on what’s going and it’s better to give realistic news that might be unpleasant instead of just wishful thinking and then getting your closed pushed back a couple of times.
Ethan has no customer service skills at all. He was not friendly at all. I left 4 messages and he has not returned one call . Not one. Wow is this what he gets paid to do. I am not calling just to play around. I am calling because I have a question regarding my loan. He NEVER called me back and again he has no personality for customer service!!!!!
Veterans mutual was the only company that would work with my wife and I. Long story short ( my ex wife submarined my credit, wouldn’t get my name off the house and fails to pay on it. All around shitshow) veterans mutual listen to me, understood my situation, and started my home buying experience almost immediately.
