VA United team assigned to us was great. The communication about the final cash to close was different due to the mail-out paperwork arriving early than expected. It would be great if they would have explained this ahead of time, about the different days of disbursement of finances to avoid unexpected additional expenses on our side.
Overall, we did get to close our home in time, and the team assigned to us worked diligently to help us get our first home despite being overseas!! Thank you
All I can add is do your research, if you're a first time buyer and ask alot of questions as well.
