VU and its personnel was very much accommodating in all areas of what was needed as far as paperwork and the processing
The good thing is i switched to VU and luckily they picked Kyle to become our loan specialist. Long story short the reason why i switched to VU is because we are not getting response from the other lender everytime we have inquiries. Sometimes it will take a week or two before they call us back for just a question. Once you get approved they kinda ignore you but not with Kyle. Kyles team will get back to you within 24 hrs via phone or email. I think their standard is Exceptional Customer Service for their customers. So if you trying to buy home in San Antonio ask for Kyle and i bet you that you will have very transparent and smooth process like we experienced with Veterans United.
This team has been amazing and went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth. I got constant updates and follow up calls to ensure everything went smoothly and we finished early!

It's easy to work with VU. I really appreciated the e-sign site where I could access documents any time and any where. I also liked that I could send a text with questions and they always responded. We closed in a month with financial terms that suited us and are now happy home owners.
