The process seemed a lot easier than previous attempts to secure a mortgage with other institutions. I caution anyone against Veterans United, by the time I realized their incompetence I was too far along in the process to back out. Shop around and go with a different lender. Higher rates than others, higher fees than others. I would not recommend not use them again. My only hope is they sell my mortgage quickly.
