Everyone, in the loan process, was in constant communication. There were not any surprises. The team was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our VU team: John Lyman, Louis Rotondo, and Ryan Staib along with our referred real estate agent, Rita Haynes; made the whole process seem very organized and easy. We were able to close on our new home in less than 2 months!
If I had it to do all over again I would go with a different lender.
