Best experience I have ever had buying a home. Kyle kept us informed and kept the process moving. Carol is the best realtor I have ever worked with and we appreciate all of her assistance.
Once again, Erin and her team were great! From the recommended inspector to the lawyer and firm we worked with on closing, I couldn't have been happier.The most stressful part of buying our house was thanks to Heidi. Granted, she did help us reestablish our loan under just myself (besides me and my hubby) so we could still purchase the home. However, this really the only thing that was done correctly. Her tone on the phone was very patronizing and like a car salesman. She tried to pitch the fact that they were covering the appraisal as if it were an actual "favor" that we'd be repaying directly to her! I'm not an idiot. Also, she asked on more than one occasion if she or her team had done something to upset us, in an accusatory tone. Of course she had! From the time we got to closing she was still telling us it was possible that we may have to pay some at closing. Finally she guesstimated that we "may get $500-1k" back. Luckily we got money back and found out more information about tax repayment at our closing.Another thing that was messed up was setting us up incorrectly regarding Georgia not being a title state. I can't remember the exact wording however it made a difference in how much the estimate was. Heidi had requested someone that came from an office in New Jersey. She lied and said that Erin had. However we found out that was not true after seeing the originating requester.For a while I thought Tiffany was senior over Heidi. The few times I spoke with her she was very professional and helpful. I actual thought that maybe Heidi was a newer loan officer and that's there were so many hiccups along the way. I definitely haven't listed them all and won't be that petty. I will just say maybe Tiffany should look into moving to senior loan officer.The last thing I will add is it was very frustrating to have closing scheduled without all things completed and then to have it moved back. And the kicker is is that Heidi told us closing was scheduled for 9am however the firm had us down for noon. Luckily they were more than accommodating to adjust it to where we could close in the morning seeing as how we had already drove out there, which was 45 min from home. Like I said, Erin and her team were great. I couldn't have been happier.I'm so thankful all this worked out and is over with. The last 2 weeks were so stressful and it was due to careless handling by Heidi. Upon calling to congratulate us on the completed closure she told me that they really wanted all 10 ratings and basically asked for it. I could tell by that different tone in her voice she wasn't expecting it to get 10s.I will close out now. I do not want to be contacted by Heidi again however if you would like to reach back out to me and my hubby that is totally fine. Our loan process should have went without these many small mistakes. If Heidi has been doing this a while i would think she wouldve know better. Thank you.
