If you are a Vet looking for a home Veterans United is the way to go! Their entire group was always professional, responsive and kept us advised in every aspect. We were really impressed with the individuals who shared information on how to coordinate all aspects from finding the home to the final move and setup, including the local utilities. And they were always ready to answer any questions, no matter how small. They made you feel part of the team!
When we give up shopping around for a apartment, we decided to give a try to Veterans United. A house was next to be considered in ElPaso TX .We made the right choice choosing them. From the beginning to the release of the keys, nothing but good vibes and awesomeness.

Veterans United has a wonderful team that will do all they can to get you into the right home. Fair warning: There are things out of their control. Like, not having all the answers for you right away. Because, buying a home is a process, each person has a job to do, and may not have them. Rest assure it will be as soon as they know. If I could give her a 20, on a scale of 1-10, I would. She was ALWAYS there when I needed her, explained to everything that was going on, stayed on top of everything, and managed to get our closing date sooner than what was scheduled. She worked hard with me and my insurance with the underwriter to straighten the issue out that I had ample coverage for 100% replacement after my $10,000.00 insurance binder and $500.00 deductible.
