Our experience was amazing and a lot less stressful than we expected. We have family that went through another company a few months before us, their experience seemed very stressful and there were a lot of things they were told about last minute. We were for sure expecting a similar experience. However, those times never came. We had constant communication with our team whether it was us asking questions or them reaching out to us just to keep us updated. There were many times where the team from Veterans United would give us information hours to days before our realtor would. The built in to-do list was an extremely helpful tool. It kept me on track from start to finish. The videos provided were also extremely helpful in preparation for each stage of the process. The concierge team made the insurance and utilities set up a breeze. They provided contact information for all the companies servicing my area so I didn’t have to waste time looking up different options and information on my own. This was truly an amazing experience because of the team at Veterans United. We felt like we were more than just another customer which is rare from stories we have heard from others. I think this company is too large that it has developed so many unnecessary hurdles to jump through most likely due to the amount of audits they are subject to. The process in general i believe would be easier with a local lender.
