The process was easy and the team helped me through every step. I knew a phone message or email would be answered within 24 hours (unless on a weekend). Wonderful experience.
If you are an octogenarian like I am, and are not really computer literate, (like me), I would suggest you consider bypassing trying read and sign all of the documents online, and stick with more cumbersome hard copies.
