I was not impressed with the escrow company as when they requested the initial deposit they emailed me in the afternoon on a Friday expecting funds for the following Monday knowing that bank wire transfers take a few business days to go through causing me to stress about potentially loosing the house if the funds weren’t in on time. Then for closing they never reached out to inform me what type of transaction they would accept causing me to get the keys later than expected as I had prepared money orders for the signing of papers as wrongly instructed. I feel they could’ve reached out to make sure things run smoother than they did, they were the reasons for my stress and the only mishaps that occurred during the whole process.









Veterans United helped our home buying dreams come true. They truly care about each individual, and are there to help cheer you on! Their team is amazing, and I can’t recommend them enough!

VU needs to improve communication between loan teams and underwriters. For lack of a better term it was a sh*t show. I have never dealt with a more difficult financial institution.

VU was fantastic. As a first time home-buyer, I had lots of questions. The entire team made the process a breeze from start to finish. I felt secure and that I could trust everyone with securing our home loan and purchase. I can’t imagine having worked alongside anyone else! They were professional, efficient, and accommodating.



From step one I had the feeling that veterans united and the team assigned to me, Ted, Christaline, Christian, had my back. They always kept me informed of where we were in the process and my next steps. I really liked the to do list on the website so I could know what I needed to do and also that what I had done was received.
