Veterans United is a great company. It blew my mind seeing the process of buying a home through a conventional loan vs working with VU using a VA Loan. It is absolutely night and day. I don’t envy the non VA process at all. Veterans United basically laid it all on the table and told me everything I needed to get for them and do. In return they did exactly what they said they would they got me CLEAR TO CLOSE! The new VU dashboard is amazing. I wish everyone had the luxury of a easy process like this for buying a home.

I am so very disappointed in our experience. We have excellent credit and income and could have taken our loan anywhere. After realizing that the loan officers were sitting on next steps we had to start micromanaging them daily.
