Purchasing a home during this season was a crazy experience. However, no matter what questions I had Jason, Jayme, and Matt took the time and walked me through the process. The home we went with was a new home that took some time to build. There were so many changes with our move-in date. Communication wasn't the best with the builders but Jason made it a point to follow up every month until our move-in date (which changed so many times), even after everything my builders pushed up the deadline and put us in a crunch stating they would pull out on the deal if we didn't close on their specified date. (This part was frustrating because Jason called emailed and if he lived here probably would've knocked at the door)Jason said don't worry my team and I will get this taken care of. That statement alone put me at ease. The deadline was met and the keys are now in my hands. Thank you Veterans United for hiring this team they were amazing and truly a blessing to me and my family.
I would recommend using the VA for purchasing a home for all Veterans.
