Derek Summerford was our first loan coordinator and definitely does not have the customer in his best interest and does not perform in a professional manner. My recommendation for veterans United is to part ways with derek.Kimmy on the other hand was very pleasant and professional and a joy to work with.

Hi Anthony, thank you for speaking with one of our client advocates. When a seller is not willing to sign extensions, it can really cause a wedge in the process and that certainly happened in your first round. Once you went under contract again, we were so happy to see a closing within 30 days. We loved that you enjoyed working with Kimmy and we appreciate your honest feedback. Our Client Advocate team would love to learn more about the ways we might help improve the team for future clients. Please reach out to connect with us and provide details on your experience. We are passionate about turning experiences like yours into positive training opportunities.

We have worked with Veterans United twice in the last 6 years, each time it has been a pleasure and very time efficient. The staff we worked with were very helpful and ensured we were kept in the loop throughout the process. They are the Best!

My loan specialist, Micah, was attentive and responsive whether via text or phone, he answered all my questions. The refinance process was straightforward and compared to other lenders, to include my initial lender, I was able to get the best APR and reduced monthly payment with veterans united. I will be recommending to fellow veterans.

Our VA loan reps were all very available for answering questions and prompt to get back. They were also patient and understanding when we needed time to submit documentation.

I’ve recommended veterans United to many of my veterans friends.

I was absolutely pleased with the service I received from Veterans United in re financing my mortgage from beginning to end, very courteous and professional and I would certainly recommend their services.

I was surprised on the amount of paperwork required to accomplish the refinance. I have not needed to provide this much people work in the past. However Melissa kept us informed and made the process bearable burial for us. As a veteran with an excellent credit rating I would not have expected to have to jump through this many hoops. I would recommend that Veterans United stream the paperwork process. Especially if the veterinarian has excellent credit and good finances. This this is not a comment on Melissa but the loan refinance process. Melissa did an excellent job!!

Find a different company. Also, take some time to investigate just how they got the name Veterans United. If at all possible, find a different home loan company.

While we love to see a closing in just at 30 days, it sounds like it was not the expected experience.
