Pull the trigger. They’ll guide you in! VU hasn’t disappointed. This is my second time using them but first time closing and it better than ever. Buyers have enough on their plate, the loan company shouldn’t be one of them.
If you are applying for a home loan and you have additional assets in your name I would not reveal those unless you absolutely need them to get the home you are requesting I would try to limit what you tell them or you will have a bunch of extra documents they request from you for closing.
