I did not have a bad experience. I just didn't see any benefit/reward with using Veterans United compared to others. When comparing to other finance companies was thinking about using It came up with the same mortgage price as the other finance company. So I would not recommend I would just tell anyone to compare prices and make your own decision.

My advice: Ask lots of questions if you don’t understand something. This is not my first purchase but I noticed things have changed since I last purchased a home. I feel like they have simplified the process. We closed ahead of schedule so that was great!
I would say that Veterans United made this somewhat stressful experience one to enjoy.
