I had never heard of Veterans United and thought it was a job. Getting pre-approved was too easy and simple, I thought to myself this can't be real. I got anxious a fee times during the process but working with John and Jamey made things earlier. I like having the portal, email updates throughout the underwriting process and the ease of uploading documents.
Veterans United is a company that is Very organized, very friendly, very communicative and very giving. you cant say enough good words about Veterans United. They made the home buying process a breeze.

We have used VU 3 times to purchase homes using a VA Loan but this time we used a Conventional Loan but the resulrs were the same: Excellent Service and Professional.

This is my second time using Veterans United and it gets better each time. The website has a great to-do list that’s very user friendly and notifications are immediate which can be very helpful, especially in a crazy market. We always get the best rates with Veterans United. We used a Veterans United local realtor (who was phenomenal) and our Loan Officer was the best. She was very knowledgeable and communicative. It was the easiest, stress-free process. They are always positive and helpful, the website is very user friendly, and as a bonus I love getting the surprise gifts in the mail for our home.
Each time I hear a veteran say they are looking at buying a house, I suggest Veterans United. I will never not suggest this company.
