If you are on the fence about Veteran’s United…all I can say is take the leap! Everyone I worked with was extremely nice and tried to be very helpful. My bad experience might be because I own a business and therefor needed to be vetted extra hard. But it took 4 months to close on our refi. I dont recommend if you own a business and want to refi a non traditional loan to a VA loan.
