The appraiser forgot to include an out building in the appraisal. He then attached the wrong deed to the appraisal. Because of his mistakes and not caring about the chaos the delays from his mistakes caused, our closing had to be delayed. Imagine having movers lined up for two days, having to be out of your old home and not able to get into the new one. Our amazing realtor helped and so did our loan officer, and we are grateful. But this appraiser shouldn’t be given work by the VA anymore.
My husband is a combat wounded disabled veteran. We built our forever home on a beautiful piece of property in Tennessee. We had a lot of moving parts from construction to us adding additional land, They worked through all the challenges and took us to approval. We are both very grateful!
