This is our first time buying a home and the process could have been very difficult from what we understood and have observed from others we know who have purchased a home, but the team made the process flawless and took all the hard work out of our hands. We will be truly forever grateful! Alea and the team worked tirelessly and through weekends to get us through the process efficiently and without pain. They were always a phone call/email/text away and extremely effective in answering all of our questions. They are all truly angels!! I had no idea, in this market of being able to afford or buy a home Southern California, but the can do attitude of your company, I believe you guy's can make it happen for anyone! There a lot of veterans in this area I will pass on a good word and your number. Thanks again for a job well done!
Veterans United will be a good option for all vets, BEWARE!! This company will ask for unnecessary documentation that's is not required on any other major loner. They will hold your loan. Their processing time is longer than usual, approx. 60 days. Overall I will say it's not my best experience but at the same time I will say that is not the worst. If you have excellent credit and everything cleared on you economy is a good option, but is still a roller coaster. If your situation is not like that, stay away!
