The process wasn’t difficult at all. It went very smoothly and quickly.
Near the closing of this application, I was in contact with both my agent and loan officer to resolve the issue around the interest rate, origination fee and taxes so all could be finished by closing. Due to the lack of communication and the need to be on track for the closing date to meet the sellers demand, I was obligated to close without resolution. If the above mentioned issues could be resolved to my satisfaction, I would be delighted to change my ratings. My hope is that a representative, with the authority, will contact me to resolve this issue.

I was new to home buying, and new to the homebuying experience and receiving a loan. I was pre-approved for 400k and they were happily and easily able to bump it up to 425k for wiggle room for me. They were professional and reliable. Their was some issues with the loan mainly filling out paperwork, it was pretty easy. If their was an issue I would get a response the same day so that I could correct the issue and they also inform you of how to fix the issue or guide you in that direction. Everything is done online and in steps so that you dont skip over important information. They never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Highly recommend! Also great coordination between them and my realtor team!! Thank you so much!!
