What motivated me to give VU a call; is when I found THAT Property I just had to have via internet. I contacted VU for the first time. I thought I would have to jump through hoops to qualify for a Loan.
I sent the few documentations they ask for. Bam, they told me I qualified the same day. VU put me in touch with a Realtor in that area. Tabatha, video the inside and outside of the Property a few days later (I'm in a different state).
We went into Contract within a week and now I have that home I know I'll happy to wake up every morning
The process and personnel that you will work with will be at the top of there game to make sure that it is as flawless as possible. Very responsive in a timely matter with any question you might have or concerns. Simple to navigate “to do” list along with reviewing of documents before signing. Every process was reviewed and signed using my IPhone with the exception of signing the final paperwork with the lawyer.
I would highly recommend to any Vet. thinking of getting a home loan to start with Veterans United. They made the whole process exceptionally easy and in less than 3 months I now have the home I've always wanted.

I am a first-time home buyer and everyone was wonderful. Rusty, Taylor, Sara, and Jordan all made things super easy. Any questions I had were answered. The only reason I gave a 9 and not a 10 was not mentioning locking in the interest rate on day one, but when it started to increase Rusty was on top of it. These guys made it less stressful and less overwhelming. I am glad I decided to go with these guys and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a VA mortgage loan. 🖖🏻👌🏻🖖🏻. Don't need to worry about anything because these guys did everything you might need to buy a home.
