Frankly, I was skeptical that VA loan would close so fast. There seemed to be a negative vibe at least here in CA, about the low to no down-payment and the hoops that sellers would have to jump through by choosing a buyer who would get a VA loan. Was happy to say that Stephen and Veterans United put that rumor to rest. The real estate broker, the seller and myself were impressed
