Overall I believe I couldn’t have been placed with 3 better people to help me out with my first home purchase. Zach, Kyle, and Amanda all deserve a raise! They were great.

Jessica was amazing and great about communicating changes. She was great about getting things done promptly. Even with the extra hoops, she stayed on top of everything.Jody was my real estate agent, she was outstanding! She worked so hard to make sure I got the home I wanted even with all the extra processes we had to go through. She also made sure everything was done right, and went out of her way to take care of me.

Worst experience in home purchasing, worse than the last time I used Veterans United in my 2016 home purchase. No incentives to repeat being a custom here. The loan process was filled with constant back and forth on a variety of subjects, perpetually needing documentation immediately. It was extremely cumbersome and took up way more time from me that should be expected. Even on the day of closing, additional documents and requirements were thrown in at the last hours. Very little transparency and an abundance of errors and rework were required. The loan officer and another member were very rigid, inflexible, inattentive to my own and family needs. Other points, are that they ignored my investment income, brokerage balances, and doubled my debts to manipulate the numbers. All things I was oblivious to until we were deep into the closing process. If I wasn't homeless at the time, I would have walked away. Really seems like they took advantage of my situation to coerce me into a loan that was not as good for me as it could have been.I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Sadly, I was a fool and gave the company a second chance in hopes that it was a one off bad experience.

The whole experience was fast and stress free

Just, for our first home, you all made it fabulous! Thank you so much for all of the help and guidance.

If you want a good ribeye then go to a buffet; if you want a great ribeye, go to a stake house. If you want a good lender then go to your local bank, but if you want a GREAT lender, go to Veterans United!

If I have more that 2 thumbs they would be up. I have had quite a few mortgages and this has been the best process so far. My loan was ready to close in just over 20 days. The effort of the team it top notch.Thank You
Jason Kelley

As a home purchaser numerous time It is without reservation for me to indicate that the process of using Veterans United Home Loans has left my wife and I extremely pleased, so please it is certainly by far noteworthy for us to recommend Veterans United Home Loans as the go to place for home loans to Veterans. We salute Veterans United Home Loans for an outstanding service. 1SG (R) Ernest Edwards

I was stressed on closing the house.
We went under contract with a house and it fell through due to the home inspection.
Our lease was ending and the landlord was not very pleasant with us because he “needed his property rented before he goes to Arizona for the winter”
Ben and Kayla worked around the clock to make sure they had everything done right the first time and made sure everything went smooth.
I had many questions as it is my first time buying a house. I’m in the Marine Corps so stuff that is “intelligent” does not make sense to me…. They broke everything down and made it where I could understand.
The process felt like it took forever but that was only because Ben and Kayla wanted it right the first time so it did not delay any time!
I appreciate everyone so much who worked with me! You all are so amazing!
I will definitely be using Veterans United for a lifetime!

Best employees, made this very easy on me!The Repetitive portal things! sending the same thing over and over, then in email. Most of the “to do list” can’t not even submit so had to deny it. Or the information given was not even right, or been sent week prior. But still asked for it again over and over. There needs to be a way for ‘to do list” stuff , to leave a thing open with it so I can write comments or add attachment so I don’t have to explain what was just sent threw txt or email after uploading it, as well as leave it there so they don’t have to resend it next week just to uploaded same paper over and over or fill out the same thing over and over.

Thank you so much! The way you have your personnel set up to help at each process is truly just such a smart business plan. From the beginning of getting your credit ready, having a concierge to help explain the next step and making sure that the person you are working with is meeting your expectations, to Suzanne, Daniel, and the underwriting team…all we’re amazing and I appreciate their work to help me to become a homeowner! I especially want to say thank you again to Suzanne. Hands down she is Veterans United biggest asset and I don’t know if I would have been able to do this without her. Thank you to everyone! Now, if you have any volunteers that want to come help us move I will provide pizza.

I would recommend the loan team under Caleb doing a bit more QA so that we aren’t surprised by feedback from underwriting on documents that didn’t quite meet their needs. This caused some unnecessary delays. Otherwise team was great with follow up and closing the deal.

No complaints whatsoever!

This was my husband and mine first home fine experience I could not believe how easy and stress-free they made the whole process thank you 100% VA loan

This was the easiest and best home buying experience. These folks were on the mark and quick with the replies with very helpful information.

If you wanna feel like you have an entire team of folks working directly for you, reach out to Veterans United Home Loans and sit back and enjoy the trip, they'll handle the rest. Great Service!!

This was the first time that I used a VA loan to buy a new house. After looking at countless houses for several months, I found the perfect country home and Charlie and his entire team were definitely on top of their game. From the day I put an offer on the house, I closed within three weeks!!! Huge shout out to everyone’s hard work and dedication to making this dream house come true!!!!

I’ve been conditioned my whole life to fear the home buying process and years I’ve mentally prepared myself to accept the inevitable gray hairs from the stress it brings.I clicked on the Veterans United mortgage calculator advertisement on a whim when viewing the real estate posting of the dream house my wife and I have walked our dog past for years. I was at work and didn’t have all of the information, so I thought I’d check it out later. Not 15 minutes later, I get a call from Brie letting me know that she’d seen my inquiry and asked if I wanted to continue. Next thing I know, I’ve got a team of three people on the line gathering information from me to see what I qualify for and get the ball rolling.Next thing I know, I’m qualified for more than the asking price and my team is making phone calls on my behalf to get this car in gear.I kid you not, this was one of the easiest things I’ve done in my life. In total, I gathered a few documents, took a few phone calls a day, and participated in a short-lived bidding war on our dream home. There were times that I would get a little worried because it felt like I wasn’t doing enough compared to what I thought the home buying process was like. But no, my team actually took care of everything for us.I cannot recommend Veterans United and my home loan team enough to anyone and everyone that will listen. I’m more than grateful and I look forward to working with them again down the road for my next house purchase.
