While we are thrilled that you were able to close and fund on 10/18, it sounds like there was a bottle neck with the the taxes being collected and your current escrow account vs your new escrow account. A member of our Client Advocate team is available to discuss your final documentation in greater detail. We understand that establishing an Escrow account to pay taxes and insurance may have been a point of contention during your loan process.
