I wanted to give a rating of 10 but a few things would have expedited my loan process with the underwriters & closing specialists. I had to re-send several documents and/or remind Alex Brooks that the documents had already been sent. Everything seemed easy & efficient up until submitted to the underwriters and closers. Those reviews seemed unorganized...especially the need to re-send information that was already sent or uploaded and available.
We have purchased 2 homes using Veterans United. They have been on time and hassle free. We highly recommend VU.
