Veterans United made the process of buying a home for the first time super easy and simple. They where available when ever had questions and always quick to respond. They took the stress away from buying a home.

Veterans United was amazing. All person in John’s team helped facilitated the process. This was truly fun. I am now a first time homeowner looking forward to purchasing my investment property with veterans United again next year.

Colin and Rachel deserve a bonus. Or a raise. Maybe both.Sincerely,
A new homeowner

I am surprised how easy they made this whole process.

Everyone that we dealt with: Jeff, Stephanie and Rachael demonstrated exceptional communication; quick responses and they all should be considered an asset to your organization.

i was excited to work with veterans united, and the system seemed good, but our experience with our loan officer was abysmal. the extent to which he was unresponsive left all parties involved frustrated and resulted in a closing being pushed back repeatedly. you'd think people would work harder knowing you've been living place to place with 4 kids for almost two months, but because nothing was certain we burned up our road stake living with other people and have had to deal with 50yr old urine soaked carpets while living in the house. o yes, and our loan officer also knew we didn't have a safe and functional shower in the house and still didn't push to get us in on time. not sure how the appraiser missed that since one of the showers literally had a sign on it saying the pipes were disconnected, and the other one clearly has a sunken floor under the bath tub, but we're just really glad to finally be in our own house. if you go with veterans united, just don't go with tony meis, and make sure to push for a timely appraisal!
Response from Veterans United
Hello Thomas, we take your feedback seriously and we appreciate your willingness to acknowledge this situation. We care deeply about your experience and a member of our Client Advocate team would love an opportunity to discuss this with you in greater detail. It is always our goal to strive for improvements, and acknowledge any mistakes made along the way. Our team will be researching your appraisal process to determine what our team may do in the future to help prevent a similar closing delay. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how the home buying process can become stressful when working to overcome an unexpected delay. While we cannot change the experience you had we are committed to accountability and furthering our ability to provide an outstanding client experience. Thank you for sharing your voice and valuable feedback.
Overall VUHL facilitated the process, Great teamwork.

It may not seem quick but it is very rewarding at the end.

They were very professional and easy to deal with. I would only recommend them.
