Bert Shaw was amazing! I never thought I would qualify for a home in this crazy market and especially after the pandemic. He made the process so simple that I didn’t even realize I was making a major purchase as buying a home. I’m a tad bit old fashion and was leery of doing business of this type without meeting the mortgage representative face to face, but Bert made it comfortable as if I had known him for years.
