Lenni is exceptionally patient and knowledgable. She always responded right away and cleared up any confusion during the process with us as soon as we had questions. I hope she gets a raise or bonus for all her hard work!

Due to the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, not on the same page, and either lack of understanding or too cheap to pay for documents from escrow I will not recommend anyone do business with Veterans United. No client should have closing documents delayed because the buyer or the realtor must provide an HOA documents when the lender can ask the HOA themselves or Escrow Office to disclose the documents accordingly. It is not the client's or realtor's job to provide documents from a HOA. The loan team and the realtor are not on the same page at times and over time it became combative to see the bickering back and forth between my lender and realtor which escrow and I were on the email chain. What is this high school? This is a business and all of you are professionals so act like it!! Lastly, lying to my realtor stating you just got off the phone with the me when in fact the realtor was on the phone with me for the past 30 minutes. Since when has lying been acceptable? If you would lie on one client, you would do it again!! Please stay as far away from Veterans United as humanly possible. You can definitely do better than Veterans United.

Veterans United is awesome and the teams they have for your loan are really fast to respond and get you updates fast. As buying a home, there will be stress involved during the process but having a amazing team handling everything is a big sigh of relief. Thank you so much for my Home. I would absolutely recommend Veteran’s United to anyone. Yes, I was one of the many that had the issue of not being able to get a home loan my first try but Joe and his team gave me the tools/information I needed to get over that last hurdle and after that I was approved with no problems. So don’t be discouraged if your first loan application doesn’t get approved, take the advice/help from VU to get you to the point where your next application is a YES!!!

Veterans United was recommended to us for consideration. We gave them the opportunity to compete, and we selected them for our loan process in the end. One never knows if the right choice is being made, but we couldn't be happier with the team and the process. I would not hesitate to use Veterans United if you are uncertain.

Veteran’s United is an outstanding lender that made our dreams come true. Through the use of technology, the process was not complicated at all. Every email I sent or any question we had during the process was answered quickly. The staff is nothing less than professional. In addition, they are not afraid to put in the extra “legwork” in order to help the process moving in the right direction. The process they have in place of buying your new home makes it simple, fast, and without errors. Veteran’s United has literally made our families dreams come true. They are about helping people, and to us…..you can’t put a price on that.
