Thank you Zack & Team, any doubt or concern I had about buying my first home was mitigated or eliminated by a easy phone call or email by the entire team. It felt like I could reach out any time of the day and get an answer.And I want to again outline how simple and easy it was to use the website in general. The website kept pretty good track of each document I had uploaded and the simplicity made it easy to understand what steps remained.The only thing I would recommend adding would be some sort of archive we could keep organized (of all the documents related to the home purchase). I have / and will keep this type of file digitally for my self on my own computer but it could be beneficial in a couple of years to log into the website and grab whatever file necessary.

There should be a section dedicated to Dustin Branson. Dustin was my Loan Coordinator, he worked with me, Paul Russell, the new home sales agent, and the project manager for the new build on a daily basis. This transaction for a new home took roughly 6 months to complete and Dustin was right there with all of us through every step. He was quick to communicate and thoroughly handled my loan and this process with complete professionalism and efficiency. I was very pleased to have had the ability to work with Dustin, I believe he was a very intricate member for this process and represented Veterans United with the upmost decorum.
