They don't procrastinate, this team moves as fast as you do. They are straight to the point, wonderful customer service, you will not be disappointed, my wife and I have the home of our dreams!
Process was extremely smooth and very direct on the information or documents they need to keep the process rolling. Felt like the only customer working with Bill Musick and made buying and house and refinancing a breeze! I will continue to keep sending friends and family to him as he has help a few friend from when I was in the service become homeowners too!

I’m glad I chose to refinance with Veterans United. The whole process was done electronically. That made it very convenient. Mike Smith and Jackie Branscom were easy to work with, and quick to address any concerns we had. Closing was convenient as well, because the notary came to our house. Very stress free and streamlined service. Any issue I was able to reach my loan officer via text or phone call. Answered all questions. No pressure with anything and very easy over all to sign and upload documents. Highly recommend using VU.Also had better rates than USAA, my personal bank and other loan companies.Went down almost 3 full percentage points.
