I can’t be more pleased with the way Veterans United handled my mortgage. They made the process easy to follow and user friendly and provided all services to you when needed. The only con I have is that the underwriting process was a bit daunting. This was due to many follow up questions on my salary. When the employer responded they had more follow on questions that frustrated my Payroll department that is run by municipal civilians. In the future know what you are looking for and ask up front. Besides that my loan team was outstanding and provided superior service. I could not be more pleased with VU and all they were able to do!

I had a great experience with Veterans United, the current process in place of uploading, sharing, and e-signing documents make it easy and convenient. Veterans United stayed in contact with my Realtor to ensure smooth transition and closing of the house. My Realtor was impressed by how smooth Veteran United made experience. Will highly recommend Veterans United.

Highly capable and knowledgeable in the VA Home Loan process. Veterans United was able to help secure my historically low rate, refund my earnest money, and provided a lender credit bar-none. I truly sensed that Veterans United honored me as a veteran! Bravo Zulu!

Truly satisfied with the service I received from Veterans United. Miguel was very professional in handling the loan process and kept in constant contact to work through any issue. Well done, Miguel!

WELL ORGANIZED

Great experience!

Jessica was great throughout the entire process. Marty and Alex always were able to help me out. Everyone made the process super easy.

With just answering a few questions, Veterans United took care of everything throughout the process. All my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. They worked very quickly and made the experience as fun as it could possibly be. I highly recommend to go with Veterans United if you’re a first time homebuyer.

One of the easiest loan experiences we have ever had.

When I first started this loan, I was going through an emotional rollercoaster with my brother half-way across the world fighting for his life on a hospital table in ICU. I was also going through a busy schedule of training and meetings at my new position on Tinker AFB. I did my best to communicate to Katie that I was at everyone's mercy when it came to providing the documents she needed. I did my best to provide the documents in a timely manner and felt that I did such. I have screen shot-ted some of the time stamps on documents she said I didn't upload when I knew that it was uploaded for a few days/weeks. She did not respond to let me know if anything more was needed. I did not sleep for 3 days straight during closing week due to Katie's inability to communicate/work with me on getting the loan completed. I was in a tremendous amount of physical/mental grief and pain during my last few weeks of closing this loan. At the end, I almost lost the home, thousands of dollars and a stable household for my son. As a veteran suffering from the ailments I am suffering with, this is not a good thing especially from an organization specifically working with veterans. I have had to seek counseling and medication to help me from the aftermath of this experience. Because of this, I cannot see myself recommending to any other veteran at taking a chance with your organization. Our veterans deserve better, I think they earned it.

We were totally lost after the loss of our home in the disaster that struck our region and with the help of Veterans United and the real estate agent that they connected us with we were able to find the light and the end of a very dark time of our lives.

Thank you all!
