Pros: the internet rates are fantastic and the online portal is a breeze to use.Cons: there was a lot of back and forth regarding additional documents and additional inspections that were needed to complete our refinance.

Items being asked last minuet was not helpful. I do not think team members talk amongst each other enough for a smooth transition. Jessica ( finance specialist) and Brenda Burgger were the most helpful. Being deployed , I believe that the "to do list" should have everything listed at once so I may gather all the information from different sources.
