Our assigned appraiser, Linda Baldwin was HORRIBLE and extremely difficult to work with. She ignored timeliness and refused to make updates and corrections numerous times. NEVER, EVER use her again. Don't put another family through what she put us through.

Some documents for final underwriting were requested four days before closing and I did not know the final cash at closing amount until mid morning before the closing. This added some stress to the process and it would have been better if these items were handled a few days earlier.
I’m not sure how you congratulate the team that helped me, but I would like to thank the entire team that assisted in this process. They deserve a paid vacation and a promotion for Nick especially.
