From the moment I first contacted Veterans United Home Loans to see if I would qualify for a home loan, Steph Buckridge and her team Ashley Pantaleo, Chris Cole, Chace Tuck made my process and experience worry-free. I am 100% disabled veteran and have a very limited income. Nevertheless, I was approved and contacted by a local real estate agent AL Caraveral with A&R Realty that very day. While dealing with the pandemic in our country that slowed things down for us, I found the home for me, in a little over a month's time, I closed on my new home. I had a fast closing when I figured the process would have taken 3mos. I could not be more satisfied with VUHL. The entire staff and my Realtor all have been outstanding!

Zach and others were wonderful. They will walk you through each step of the process. My only issue was getting an agent of which we were told would happen within 24-48 hrs and it took almost 2 weeks to get one assigned. With this we lost our on a couple more desirable houses but we did finally get one in a rural area in a tight market. We had to use 3 agents as the first 2 didn't work out.
