Loan process was easy and simply done online. We like the convenience and less paperwork, and the electronic signing was easy. Dan Salter was great to work with and he answered all our questions and explained the documents. He returned calls immediately.
Easy process can be a bit tedious with paperwork but worth it in the end. Would recommend very good people that care about veterans. Glad I crossed paths with them especially Nick my loan officer great guy.
A little disappointed with them
Veterans United made our dreams come true. After our banks we had been banking with for over 20 years turned us away, Veterans United provided us with hope.
