There was only one weak area about using Veterans United, and that was the Veterans United buying agent. The first buying agent that I had was not in touch with the current market. He was not aggressive and was not very communicative. Once I switched to a different buying agent (not a Veterans United Agent) who is aggressive and in touch with the market, it was smooth sailing with Veterans United!
It was a easy process to work wth Veterans United, Their staff was helpful ad vailable to help with any issues that came up. I would recommend this company to assist all veterans whom are looking to buy a new home.

Veterans United was thorough on what needs to be accomplish with deadlines that were flexible to my work schedule and at the same time if immediate responses were necessary, I was informed ASAP. The loan process was 90% website driven interaction with 10% or less verbal communication by phone. "it's that easy".
Very informative throughout the process. The ease of management of the files and due dates for information via the "To-dos" tab made this the most enjoyable home buying experience I could have hope for.
