I want to thank all of the workers at Veterans United for making this process work out for me. I want to Aaron and specially Jessica who was there when ever I needed her. Even though I was sometimes a pain she helped me while dealing with some difficult situations I wish her and all the staff the best. I am happy, moving in to my 1st home ever thanks to you guys.
What more can I say? Ryan and Alexis will always be in my memory and heart. Yes, it’s just that deep. So, I cried when I was approved. I really didn’t think I would get a loan that quick and easy, let alone, get enough to purchase a nice home. Alexis was definitely the candle on the cake. She explained, walked me through, and steered me from negative thinking, and settling. She kept my spirits up with those pep talks, and gave me a lot to think about when it came to decision making. I am so much better for the experience.

As a first home buyer, I didn't know what to do. I applied the online application through Veterans United. They contacted me and gave me the step-by-step procedure. They have great communication between us. Most papers were able to e-sign which saved a lot of time. We were able to buy a new home nice and easy.
