This was hands down the most positive experience I could have asked for being a first time home buyer. From beginning to end of this process, the level of communication was amazing. If I called or left a message I received a call back within minutes or the latest a couple of hours. I was never in the dark about anything, and was walked though the process step by step. Stephen and Spencer were extremely helpful and I never once doubted that they had my best interest in mind the entire time. I dealt with the same two people the entire time, Spencer and Stephen. They both knew every detail of my loan every time we spoke. The builders we used were also very pleased with Veterans United and would gladly do business with them.
