None - Veterans United worked out my concerns and brought the loan payment in as originally projected.

Such an easy process !

Easiest refinancing I every had.

I've trusted VU in three of my past five home closings. This one was rough, because the underwriting process was unduly onerous and scrutinous. Still, I would generally recommend VU and would certainly recommend my loan team! They were awesome.

Joshua,we appreciate your honest feedback and we are glad that your experience with the Loan Officer was positive. Our Client Advocate team is here for you to help ensure an outstanding customer service experience, and we invite you to connect with us further. We understand that the underwriting process did not meet your expectations. The mortgage process can certainly feel intrusive, but we want to reassure you that this in-depth analysis is a worthwhile step. The underwriting process serves to protect the integrity of our industry and families who might otherwise fall into a financial hardship. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, and we hope you enjoy your new home!

Compared to the first VA loan I had I felt much more informed this time around. I was able to get a great rate and got into my home quick.

Awesome communication and extremely transparent throughout the process!

Again, I would just like to reiterate my joy at working with Veteran's United. I've worked with a few other lenders for purchasing a home and it never has been more easy and painless to get everything in order. The staff has made the experience that much more so enjoyable and I hope to continue to use Veteran's United as a lender in the future.

Easy to use website and To-Do-List with helpful videos to guide you along. HOWEVER, Agent to Client communication is lacking. I felt alone and felt out of the loop. I was not verbally informed ahead of time about all the fees I'd have to come up with on my end.I informed them I had NOTHING TO PUT DOWN yet after it was all over I had to put down 500.00 to hold the place as well as additional $2000 out of pocket in home inspection, appraisal and remaining closing costs... It took a toll that I am no longer excited about buying a house...I feel robbed and mislead. If I knew what I was getting into I would have waited..
