The biggest thing I have learned about the whole buying process is to double check everything and pick the right poeple to help you when you have questions. Tyler is one of those people. He is patient (like very patient - which is good when you are 1st time home buyer), and very good at what he does. If you are going with Veterans United - go with Tyler Kettle.

Originally the closing date on the new house wasn't until Jan14 and the closing date on the old house was Dec 19. They were able to speed up the process and move the closing date to Dec 28 for the new house. My wife was really stressed out about having such a big gab between closing dates, but with the hard work of the VA home loan team they were able to get everything taken care of and pushed though very fast.
