She was willing to work with us to overcome communication difficulties and the challenge we had with our loan. She responded to emails, text messages, and phone calls quickly and courteously. Nicole was willing to break down multiple parts of the process so we could understand them better and included detail that would help answer follow on questions in each of her responses. Additionally, Amanda Butler responded very quickly to the question that we had for her and provided detail and specifics for clarity. These two ladies were key in getting our loan closed with all details finalized.
